Please DO NOT ship the shoebox or any accessories. They add to liability,
higher shipping charges and an increase in taken space. ONLY ship the shoes
in a shipping box of your choice.
Any turnaround times given are estimations. Please remember, this is a one
person show. I will do everything possible to knock out orders, but life does
happen, even to me. If you are looking for rushed work, I suggest seeking a
different restoration company. Quality of work is more important to me than
quantity of work!
With regards to cancelling an ordered service, there is a zero-refund policy.
My labor and time are limited and scheduled out to provide for my family. I
hope you can understand how important that is to me.
